Mosquitos

Mosquitoes are flying, biting insects whose females need a blood meal to lay eggs in standing water. They can complete a life cycle in as little as a week in something as small as a bottle cap of water. Emptying containers, unclogging gutters and adding larvicides to ponds break that cycle without overusing adult sprays. When needed, backpack or mist applications timed for dusk target the resting adults most likely to bite.
