Flies

“Twenty house‑fly silhouettes loosely clustered in flight on a blank background.”

Flies breed in garbage and animal waste, then buzz indoors carrying bacteria on their feet and mouthparts. Good sanitation—tight‑fitting trash lids, clean drains and prompt pet‑waste removal—cuts the population dramatically. Screens, air curtains and self‑closing doors keep adults outside. Sticky traps and UV light traps offer non‑chemical capture where sprays are undesirable, such as kitchens.
